In 2015, the college and the University of Hawaii at Manoa signed a 3+2 master's degree program agreement. At present, three students have participated in the University of Hawaii's 3+2 master's degree program, two of whom have successfully completed the project study, and successfully obtained a bachelor degree from South China Normal University and a master degree from the University of Hawaii.
In 2016, the college and the University of Hawaii signed a joint of Hoakipa scholarship program to start. Every year, the college sends full-time undergraduates and graduate students to the school for one or two semesters. As of 2018, there are two outstanding undergraduates obtaining the scholarship on average each year.
